La Madonna In adorazione , Inspired by the famous paiting of The Mystical Nativity that was a painted by Filippo di Tommaso Lippi , around 1459 as the altarpiece for the Magi Chapel in the new Palazzo Medici in Florence . Made on 18 kt yellow gold . The Painting is covered by a glass to be protected . For this kind of jewelry, a dry cloth is enough to clean the pendant . Please it is forbidden the use of water alcohol or any other liquid solution ,as well swiming or taking a shower.
